We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn and in all the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS and please keep a copy of your return tracking number. VOLO Beauty is not responsible for lost packages. The refund will be provided within 7-14 business days from when the product is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your return is a result of a VOLO Beauty error.
